F.R.I.E.N.D.S

This is the one where Alona gets married. Once upon a time I set up a fondant workshop for a group of friends, all girls. They were really sweet and enjoyed every moment, while I was being too anxious about, well, everything. Many years later, the girls asked me to make a cake for one of them for her bachelorette party. Alona is a huge “F.R.I.E.N.D.S” fan and that was the theme of the party. So I made the iconic sofa out of modeling chocolate and set up a lamp next to it. Underneath is the peephole that adorned the door of the apartment that the TV show was mostly filmed in.

הפרק שבו אלונה מתחתנת. לפני שנים רבות, העברתי סדנת בצק סוכר לקבוצת חברים שכולה בנות. הן היו מאוד חמודות ונהנו מכל רגע, בזמן שאני הייתי לחוץ מכל דבר. שנים רבות לאחר מכן, הבנות ביקשו ממני להכין עוגה למסיבת הרווקות של אחת מהן. אלונה היא מעריצה גדולה של “חברים” וזה היה הנושא של המסיבה. אז הכנתי את הספה האייקונית משוקולד פיסולי והצבתי מנורה ליד. מתחת זו העינית שהיתה על דלת הדירה בה התוכנית צולמה.
