Minnie Mouse cake pops

For my niece Khaoula’s 2^nd birthday, I decided to do something different. Instead of a cake, I created a 2-tier dummy cake and pinched holes all around it. What for? To decorate it with cake pops of course! Cake pops were trending back then and I really wanted to get it into it. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped, especially since we don’t have candy melts in our part of the world. The kids loved it anyway and that’s all that matters.

עבור יום ההולדת ה-2 של האחיינית שלי חאולה החלטתי לעשות משהו קצת שונה. במקום עוגה, הכנתי עוגת דמה מ-2 קומות וחוררתי חורים מסביבה. למה? כדי לעטר אותה עם קייק פופס כמובן! קייק פופס היו ממש טרנדיים באותה התקופה וזה משך לי את העין. לצערי, זה לא הלך חלק ממש כמו שרציתי, במיוחד שאין לנו בארץ קנדי מלטס. הילדים אהבו אותם בכל מקרה וזה מה שחשוב.
