My cousin’s wedding cake

Nope. My cousin is not a panda, nor is she marrying one. I just found those pandas so cute that I had to make them for someone. Well, I found the opportunity when my cousin asked me to make her a wedding cake. I don’t remember why I did that, but the pandas are actually Kinder surprise eggs covered with white fondant. And those beads, oh boy, those beads! I made them one by one and it took me forever to finish. Not kidding. It was a glorious moment when I attached the last bead on the cake.

לא. בת דודי אינה דוב פנדה, גם לא חתנה. פשוט דובי הפנדה האלה היו כה חמודים שהייתי חייב להכין אותם למישהו. מצאתי את ההזדמנות שלי כשבת דודי ביקשה ממני להכין את עוגת החתונה שלה. אני לא זוכר למה עשיתי את זה, אבל דובי הפנדה הם בעצם ביצי קינדר אותן עטפתי בבצק סוכר לבן. והחרוזים האלה, יא אללה, החרוזים האלה! יצרתי אותם אחד אחד וזה לקח לי שנים לסיים את העבודה. אני לא צוחק. הרגע בו חיברתי את החרוז האחרון לעוגה היה רגע מאוד מרגש בשבילי.
