Rapunzel

I know, this Rapunzel isn’t true to her name. Her hair is shorter than expected. I actually intended to attach her hair to that braid around the pillows to make it look like she has long hair. I don’t remember why I didn’t go through with it at the end. This was a cake order inspired by another Disney princess cake of mine, Princess Jasmine. Another issue I had with this Rapunzel is her big wide eyes which looked a little Middle Eastern to me. I guess Jasmine was still on my mind while creating her.

אני יודע, הרפונזל הזו לא עומדת בקריטריונים. השיער שלה קצר מהרגיל. תכננתי בעצם לחבר את שיערה לצמות מסביב לכריות כדי שהשיער ייראה ארוך כמו שהוא אמור להיות. אני כבר לא זוכר למה לא עשיתי את זה בסוף. העוגה הזו היתה הזמנה בהשראת עוגת נסיכת דיסני אחרת שלי, הנסיכה יסמין. בעיה נוספת שהיתה לי עם הדמות הזו של רפונזל היא עיניה הגדולות שנראו לי קצת מזרחיות כזה. כנראה שיסמין לא יצאה לי מהראש כשעבדתי על רפונזל
