IKEA’s toy train

Nurit, one of my friends and colleagues at the pharmacy, asked me to make a cake for her adorable nephew Uriah who celebrated 3 at the time (2014). He was really into trains, in particular, a basic toy train he got from Ikea. So I decided to make that same train go round the cake, with mountains in the distance. Nurit even helped me with all the grass at the bottom of the cake, which took us forever to make. Her sister was so excited about the cake that she gifted me with a cake saw that I still use to this day.

נורית, חברה ועמיתה מבית המרקחת, ביקשה ממני להכין עוגת יום הולדת לאוריה שחגג 3 בזמנו (2014). הוא ממש אהב רכבות, במיוחד את הרכבת צעצוע שקנו לו באיקאה. אז החלטתי להכין לו את אותה הרכבת נוסעת סביב העוגה, עם הרים ברקע. נורית אפילו עזרה לי עם הדשא בתחתית העוגה, שלקח לנו שנים לסיים. אחותה כל כך התלהבה מהעוגה שהיא קנתה לי במתנה מסור עוגות בו אני עוד משתמש כיום
